About the Creator
My name is Ruta, Founder of the First High Heels Platform "AS I GO". My goal is to create a comprehensive space for women where high heels are no longer a challenge, but a natural part of elegance. A platform where women can find not only the right shoes, but also professional knowledge about foot comfort, posture, and movement. I am a communication specialist, continuously deepening my expertise in women’s nonverbal communication. I am certified by the London Model Academy, where I gained an internationally grounded understanding of posture, walking, and body language. Through my work with women, I noticed that most difficulties with wearing high heels are not caused by the shoes themselves, but by a lack of knowledge—how to choose them, how to prepare the body, and how to move without tension. This insight led me to create my online course—a structured system that combines aesthetics, body awareness, and practical solutions, helping you move with ease and confidence.
